A major pharma client approached our team with the desire to support primary care physicians who were falling behind in integrating the latest diabetes tech into their treatment plans.
An MVP version of a website was launched as an experiment to investigate the demand from healthcare providers for a hub-like experience filled with diabetes tech resources to encourage and guide them in implementing diabetes tech. Even with a quickly launched MVP site without high investment into UX/UI or branding, the initial version succeeded beyond expectations. Our client quickly flagged the site as a place to invest more time and money into.
I was brought in at the next phase of the site to bring it up to current design standards, investigate any UX/UI issues, and further explore new solutions to the barriers primary care physicians faced in integrating tech into their diabetes treatment.
